It is an offence if you allow an animal to suffer unnecessary pain or death.

Setting up a structure where animals are encouraged to fight for the amusement or the betting purposes of others is an offence.

Injuring or Endangering Animals

You can be charged if you kill or injure any domestic animal or one aiding the police, military or someone with a disability.
