It is an offence to be in possession of any item obtained through a criminal act, such as theft.

Taking property that is not rightfully yours with the use of threats or violence and even weapons.

Taking property from others without their consent, unless you honestly believe it is yours.

Vandalism is covered by mischief charges and can come in many forms.
