CCH Verified Lawyers
The CCH Verified designation on Criminal Code Help is our way of highlighting lawyers who have passed our verification steps. Our goal is to simplify the process of finding reputable criminal lawyers for Canadians. Lawyers who have earned the CCH Verified badge will be prominently displayed in our directory, ensuring they are easily identifiable for users.
To hold the CCH Verified badge, lawyers must:
- Be in good standing with their provincial legal association.
- Have no ongoing disciplinary actions against them.
- Specialize in Criminal Law.
Every CCH Verified lawyer must reaffirm their good standing status each year during renewal. Although we encourage lawyers to inform us of any status changes during their subscription period, it's not mandatory. Our checks are performed annually, aligned with subscription renewals.
