s. 83.01-83.33Any effort committed “in whole or in part for a political, religious or ideological purpose, objective or cause” with the intention of intimidating the public.
Facilitating Terrorist Activity
s. 83.19If you knowingly help bring about terrorist activity you are liable to imprisonment for up to 14 years.
Financing of Terrorism
s. 83.02-83.04If you help finance a terrorist enterprise, you can be jailed for up to 10 years.
Participation in a Terrorist Group
s. 83.18If you knowingly participate in or contribute to any activity of a terrorist group you could be liable to imprisonment for up to 10 years.
