Criminal Code Help is committed to making the Site accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical reference standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We do not claim full conformance at this time, and the Site has not undergone a formal independent accessibility audit.
As new pages and features are added, we work to apply accessible design and development practices.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, please let us know. Examples include a page that is difficult to navigate with a screen reader, text that is hard to read, a form that is difficult to use, or a feature that does not work properly with keyboard navigation.

We will review accessibility reports and use them to improve the Site. We cannot guarantee a response timeline, but accessibility reports are taken seriously.
